I spent more than 16 years mastering corporate law and companies and contracts, which helped me build extensive knowledge about Jordanian legal systems as well as international regulations. Through practical training, I started my career at one of the leading law firms operating in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The training period allowed me to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Legal Translation with an emphasis on Contract Translation. I achieved my Master of Laws degree from the University of Manchester in the United Kingdom during 2011. During this experience, I made trips to many UK-based law firms, which improved my capabilities for international business operations.

As part of my work, I spent many years collaborating with insurance companies on their reinsurer agreements while conducting risk assessments in the UK insurance industry. After graduation in 2015, I launched my own law practice, which served small and middle-sized enterprises with their organizational needs. Through our partnership with business accelerators, we provided dialogue sessions and lectures that were sponsored by USAID and multiple financing funds that focused on helping SMEs.

Since 2017, I have joined Taqatqa & Partners, and the company has granted me the responsibility to lead their corporate department. Through this period I participated in many Jordan Chamber of Industry initiatives, with my main efforts focused on starting their mediation unit for industrial conflict settlement. I established Taqatqa & Partners as a partner and took the position of head of the Corporate and Contracts Department in 2022. As a leader, I enhanced both our business legal capabilities and provided exceptional services to a variety of clients.

My professional work in 2023 involved providing legal advice to the unfair competition project about Saudi real estate markets for His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Salman’s office. While working at His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Salman’s office, I drafted real estate law and unfair competition law for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. I contributed to a major inheritance claim during 2024 for companies that operate as essential economic contributors to Jordan’s mineral resource sector. As a qualified attorney with expertise in corporate law who has achieved outstanding results from neighborhood to international business engagements, I strive to deliver top-tier legal guidance, which leads sectors to success.
